Can the hair extensions be colored?
Yes! They are 100% human hair. We recommend having your hair stylist color them with a good quality dye.

Can I curl them?
Yes!

Will they damage my own hair?
No. They clip in and out easily and will not harm your hair.

I have very short hair. Will these work for me?
Your natural hair should be long enough to cover the clips.

Why are they so cheap?
Don't confuse price with quality. All of our hair is 100% remy human hair. We are able to save on overhead costs by selling exclusively from our website, bringing the savings to you.

How long do they last?
They can last up to a year or more with the proper care.

How do I care for them?
We include care and insertion instructions with each order. You can also read them online on our hair care page.

I bought hair from a different store and they were very thin.
Many vendors carry sets that weigh only 70 grams. All of our full sets are 110 grams of hair. That's about 4 ounces, plenty of hair. If weight is not specified, it's a good idea to ask before making a purchase.

Why should I buy clip in hair over glued in or bonded hair?
While the glue and bonded hair are more permanent, they can cause harm to your hair when removing them if not done properly. The cost is much higher, and they need to be replaced frequently. Clip in hair can be inserted by you within minutes, and removed without causing any damage to your hair.

Do you sell synthetic hair?
No, not at this time. We're not fans of synthetic hair. We can offer you human hair at the same prices as many others are selling synthetic hair.

I need these quick. How fast can you get them to me?
We ship every day. We make our last postal stop at 4:00 PM EST Monday through Friday, and at 12:00 PM EST on Saturdays. First class shipping is generally 3-5 business days delivery time, priority mail is 2-3 business days delivery time, and express mail is usually 1-2 days. As long as your purchase is made before 4:00 PM weekdays, and 12:00 PM Saturdays, we'll get them shipped the same day!
